The remote digital player Series unit is a solid state, remote programmable, digital recorder that stores audio programs for information on-hold. The remote digital player features a built-in fax switch. The built-in fax switch allows the remote digital player to share a fax line so the unit can be downloaded any time, day or night. A technological breakthrough gives the remote digital player the memory of the future. This new, non-volatile flash memory means the recording will never be damaged or interrupted due to loss of power. Flash memory eliminates the need for back-up batteries. All program elements, including audio production, volume level and setting of security code can be downloaded remotely from a touch-tone telephone. First time programming can be done at a dealer's facility and the unit can be sent to the end-user's site fully loaded. A human voice guides you through operation of the on-hold unit. This makes the remote digital player Series the friendliest unit available. |

The Sonorous® Model 1 is a state-of-the-art digital audio recording and playback device designed to provide a continuous-play audio source for message-on-hold, background music, or any other audio application where high-quality audio playback is required. The audio program is loaded from a CD with standard MP3 files onto high-density flash memory using a pure digital-to-digital file transfer. After loading audio, the CD can be removed and audio plays from the 8Ω or 1KΩ RCA output jack. The Sonorous has a base memory of 64 minutes which can be used for message-on-hold or shorter message applications. If longer memory capacities are required, The Sonorous is available with up to 34 hours of message storage. |

The TELink® 700a is a professional-quality telephone-loadable messaging system utilizing audio storage and playback. The 700a provides a single continuous-loop message into any phone system’s MOH port. The TELink comes standard with 32 minutes of non-volatile high- density flash memory; it offers a wealth of standard features including fax-line sharing, voice-line sharing, and distinctive ring compatibility. A night answer model is also available to answer the phone after business hours and play a separate night message for callers. All remote unit management and audio downloads are accomplished by your dealer using a WinLink™ Communications Appliance (WCA), and the WinLink controller software suite. When a download is needed, the WCA dials the remote TELink unit and transfers audio and unit configuration settings over standard phone lines. TELink’s integrated Call-Back™ feature combined with WinLink’s powerful scheduling abilities provide great flexibility and convenience in loading units and managing the customer base. Loads can be initiated on demand, scheduled for a specific date and time, or remote units can be scheduled to call the controller at a future date and time and automatically load new audio. |
